Period Selector

At the top of the analytics screen, a period selector lets you choose the time range for all displayed data. All charts and metrics update automatically when you change the period.

▮

Week — last 7 days, ideal for day-to-day tracking.

▮

Month — last 30 days, great for monthly reviews.

▮

Quarter — last 90 days, for spotting seasonal trends.

▮

Year — last 365 days, for long-term performance analysis.

â„šī¸
Each metric card shows a comparison against the previous period (e.g., "Month" compares against the month before). Look for the percentage change indicator to spot trends.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab provides a dashboard-style summary of your most important metrics. Each metric is displayed as a card with the current value, trend indicator, and comparison to the previous period.

📋
Sessions Count
Total sessions held in the selected period.
📅
Bookings
Total bookings made across all sessions.
đŸ‘Ĩ
Active Members
Members who booked at least once.
💰

Total revenue earned from all sources.
❌
Cancellation Rate
Percentage of bookings that were cancelled.
đŸšĢ
No-Show Rate
Percentage of booked attendees who didn't show up.

An additional card shows waitlist promotions — how many members were promoted from the waitlist to confirmed bookings during the period.

Revenue Tab

The Revenue tab dives deeper into your financial performance. It breaks down income by source and shows trends over time.

▮

Total Revenue — combined income from all sources with a bar chart showing daily/weekly breakdown.

▮

Revenue by Service Type — donut chart showing which service types generate the most income.

▮

Membership Revenue — income specifically from membership purchases and renewals.

▮

Average Revenue per Session — helps you understand the earning potential of each session.

▮

Average Revenue per Member — shows how much each active member contributes on average.

Members Tab

The Members tab focuses on your community's health — growth, engagement, and retention.

đŸ‘Ĩ

Bar charts showing member movement over time.
🏆
Top Members
Ranked list of members by number of bookings.
🔄
Retention Metrics
Renewed, uncertain, and churned member counts.
📈
Renewal Rate
Percentage of members who renewed their membership.

Retention is shown as a visual breakdown with three categories: Renewed (members who extended their membership), Uncertain (active but haven't renewed yet), and Churned (members whose membership expired without renewal).

Sessions Tab

The Sessions tab analyzes your scheduling performance and helps you optimize when and what you teach.

📋
Sessions Held
Total count of completed sessions in the period.
📊
Avg Fill Rate
Average percentage of capacity filled across all sessions.
đŸ—“ī¸
Heatmap
Day-of-week vs. 2-hour time slot grid showing booking density.
🏅
Service Ranking
Service types ranked by fill rate — see which are most popular.

The heatmap is particularly useful: it shows a grid of days (Mon-Sun) against 2-hour time slots (e.g., 8-10, 10-12). Darker cells indicate higher booking density, helping you identify your most popular time slots.

✅
Use the heatmap to find underperforming time slots. Consider moving low-attendance sessions to times that show higher demand.

Visualizations

Analytics on mobile use a variety of chart types optimized for smaller screens. Each visualization is interactive — tap on a data point or segment for more details.

▮

Bar charts — used for revenue over time, member counts, and session comparisons.

▮

Donut charts — used for revenue breakdown by service type and membership distribution.

▮

Heatmaps — used for booking density by day and time slot.

▮

Sparklines — small inline charts on metric cards showing trends at a glance.

▮

Insight cards — highlighted cards that surface notable changes or anomalies.

📌
All analytics data reflects completed and confirmed activities only. Pending or cancelled bookings are excluded from revenue calculations.
