Instructor Settings on Mobile

The Settings tab on mobile provides organized access to every aspect of your workspace configuration. Settings are grouped into logical categories so you can quickly find and adjust what you need.

Settings Structure

Settings are organized into five groups, each containing related configuration pages. Tap on any item to navigate directly to that settings page.

Workspace Group

Core workspace identity and team management settings.

Quick Navigation

Each settings group is displayed as a collapsible section. Tap the group header to expand or collapse it. Within each group, items are displayed as a list — tap any item to go directly to its configuration page.

Open Settings tab
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Find the right group
Scan the group headers (Workspace, Business, Financial, Engagement, System).

Tap to expand
Tap a group header to reveal its settings items.

Navigate to setting
Tap on the specific setting to open its configuration page.

Make changes and save
Edit the values you need and tap Save. Changes take effect immediately.

Most Commonly Needed Settings

While the full settings menu covers every aspect of your workspace, here are the settings instructors access most frequently.

Service Types — you'll update these whenever you add a new class type or adjust pricing.

Booking Settings — tune booking windows and limits as you learn what works for your members.

3.

Membership Types — create new tiers or adjust credit amounts as your business grows.

4.

Cancellation Policies — refine your policies based on real-world cancellation patterns.

5.

Stripe Connect — set up once to start accepting payments (required for paid memberships).

Start with Service Types, Booking Settings, and at least one Membership Type. These three settings are enough to get your workspace fully operational. You can fine-tune everything else later.
