Instructor View on Mobile

The Booqd mobile app gives instructors full control over their workspace from anywhere. Whether you're between sessions or on the move, you can check stats, manage members, and review your schedule — all from your phone.

Switching to Instructor View

If you are both a client and an instructor, you'll need to switch to the instructor view to access workspace management features. The app remembers your last-used view, so you won't need to switch every time you open it.

Open your profile

Tap on the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Find the role switcher

Near the top of your profile screen, you'll see a toggle or button labeled Switch to Instructor (or Switch to Client if you're already in instructor mode).

Tap to switch

The app will reload with the instructor interface, giving you access to your workspace management tools.

You can only switch to instructor view if you have been assigned an instructor or admin role in at least one workspace.

Instructor Home Screen

The instructor home screen provides a quick snapshot of your workspace activity. At a glance you can see today's sessions, recent bookings, and key performance metrics — everything you need to start your day.

Bottom Navigation

The instructor view features a dedicated bottom navigation bar with tabs tailored for workspace management. Each tab gives you quick access to a core area of your business.

Workspace Selector

If you manage multiple workspaces, a workspace selector appears at the top of the home screen. Tap it to switch between workspaces — all data, stats, and navigation will update to reflect the selected workspace.

If you only manage one workspace, the selector won't appear and that workspace will be loaded automatically.

Quick Actions

The home screen includes quick action buttons that let you jump straight into common tasks without navigating through menus.

View Today's Schedule — jump directly to today's session list.
