Welcome to Booqd! This guide will help you set up your workspace and start accepting bookings in just a few minutes.

Create your workspace

After signing in, click Create Workspace. Enter your business name, select your industry type (fitness, education, beauty, health, consulting, or custom), and set your timezone. The industry type customizes terminology throughout the app to match your business.

Add a location

Go to Settings > Locations and add your teaching location with address and details.

Create a service type

Navigate to Classes > Service Types and create your first class type (e.g., "Yoga Basics", "Personal Training").

Set up recurring classes

In Classes > Schedule, create recurring sessions with your desired day, time, and capacity.

Create a membership

Go to Memberships and create a membership type so clients can purchase credits to book.

Share your link

Copy your public workspace link from Settings and share it with your clients.

When you first create a workspace, a guided product tour will automatically start to walk you through the key features. You can re-trigger it anytime from the workspace settings.
You can start with a simple setup and add more class types, locations, and membership options later as your business grows.

Offer Appointments?

If you provide 1-on-1 services (personal training, tutoring, consulting), consider enabling Flexible Booking. Set your availability, and clients can book appointment slots directly. See the Flexible Booking Setup guide.
