Setup Wizard

When you create a new workspace, Booqd guides you through a step-by-step setup wizard. The wizard helps you configure everything you need to start accepting bookings — from creating your first service to sharing your booking link.

Progress Tracking

Your setup progress is displayed as a progress bar at the top of the dashboard. It shows your current step and what to do next. The next action card provides a direct shortcut to complete each step.

The progress bar updates automatically as you complete each step.

Steps are completed when you perform the relevant action (e.g., creating a service marks that step as done).

The "Share link" step completes when you copy the booking link or download the QR code.

Once all steps are complete, the wizard disappears from the dashboard.

Mobile Support

The setup progress is also visible on the mobile app instructor dashboard. You can see your current progress and navigate to the next step directly from your phone.

You do not have to complete the steps in order. Feel free to skip ahead and come back to earlier steps later — the wizard tracks your progress regardless of the order.
