Revenue Analytics
The analytics dashboard gives you insights into your business performance, including revenue trends, popular memberships, and client growth.
Period Selector
All analytics data can be viewed by different time periods. Use the period selector to switch between Week, Month, Quarter, and Year views. Each view compares current data with the previous period to show growth trends.
Overview Tab
Booking trend — Daily breakdown chart showing bookings over the selected period.
Top 5 services — Most popular service types ranked by booking count.
High-demand insights — Days with fill rates of 85% or higher are highlighted as high-demand.
Revenue Tab
Total revenue — Current period vs previous period with growth percentage.
Revenue by service type — Breakdown of booking-linked payments per service.
Membership revenue — Revenue from membership purchases shown separately.
Averages — Revenue per booking, per member, and per session for benchmarking.
Revenue trend — Daily/weekly breakdown chart.
Members Tab
Active members — Total currently active members count.
New members — Members who joined during the selected period.
Churned members — Members whose memberships expired or became exhausted.
Avg sessions per member — How often members book on average.
Top 5 members — Most active members ranked by booking count with their favorite services.
Retention Metrics
Sessions Tab
Sessions held — Number of completed sessions in the period.
Average fill rate — Overall booking capacity utilization.
Average attendees — Mean number of attendees per session.
Heatmap — Visual grid showing popular time slots (day of week × 2-hour blocks from 8AM to 10PM). Darker cells indicate higher demand.
Service ranking — Services ranked by fill rate to identify your most and least popular offerings.

The Sessions tab includes a no-show rate breakdown per service type, color-coded for quick assessment:
