Workspace Insights gives you an at-a-glance view of how your workspace is performing. It combines key metrics into a health score and highlights potential risks with actionable suggestions.
Health Score
Your workspace health score is a number from 0 to 100 that reflects the overall state of your business. It considers factors like session attendance, cancellation rates, membership renewals, and member activity.
Risk Indicators
The insights dashboard automatically detects potential issues and displays them as risk alerts:
High cancellation rate — Many bookings are being cancelled, possibly indicating scheduling issues.
Low attendance — Sessions have many no-shows, suggesting reminders or policy changes may help.
Expiring memberships — Multiple memberships expiring soon without renewal.
Inactive members — Members who have not booked in a while may need re-engagement.
Suggested Actions
For each risk indicator, Booqd suggests specific actions you can take. Many of these are one-click actions directly from the dashboard — for example, sending a reminder to inactive members or enabling retention workflows.
