Your public schedule is a shareable page that shows your upcoming classes. Clients can view your schedule and book classes directly from this page — no login required to browse.

Direct link — Copy your workspace public URL and share it via social media, email, or messaging apps.
Website embed — You can link to your public schedule page from your existing website.
QR Code — Generate a QR code for your public schedule link for posters, flyers, or business cards.
What Clients See
On your public schedule page, clients can browse all visible sessions, see available spots, and view class descriptions. To book classes, they need to create a Booqd account and purchase a membership.
Guest Appointment Booking
If you have flexible booking enabled with guest booking allowed, your public page also features an appointment booking wizard. Visitors can book appointments without creating an account by providing their name and email.
Customizing Your Public Page
You can customize the look and feel of your public schedule page from the Branding settings. Change colors, add a description, display a map of your location, and more. See the Branding & Customization article for details.
