Branding & Customization

Make your public schedule page match your brand identity. You can customize colors, add a description, and display your location on a map โ€” all from the branding settings page.

Accessing Branding Settings

Navigate to your workspace

Go to your workspace settings from the sidebar.

Open Branding

Click Branding in the workspace settings menu. You can also access it from the workspace settings page.

Preview your changes

A live preview shows how your public schedule page will look as you make changes.

Customizable Elements

Accent color
The primary highlight color used for buttons, links, and active elements.

Background color
The main background color of your public page.

Surface color
The color used for cards, panels, and elevated elements.

Text color
The color of all text on your public page.

Description & Location

Description โ€” Add a description that appears at the top of your public schedule. Supports basic formatting (bold, italic, links).

Location address โ€” Enter your address to display an interactive map on your public page. The map helps clients find your venue.

Contact information โ€” Add phone number, email, or website to make it easy for visitors to reach you.

Use the quick-link on the branding page to open your public schedule in a new tab and see exactly how it looks to visitors.

Color Presets

Booqd provides a palette of preset colors you can choose from, or you can enter a custom hex color code. The default theme uses a dark color scheme that matches the Booqd app.
