Control which sessions are visible to clients
Session Visibility
You can control which sessions are visible and bookable by clients. This is useful for sessions that are still being planned or are reserved for specific groups.
Visibility Options

Public
Visible to everyone. Appears on the public schedule and all members can book it.

Favorites Only
Only visible to members who have added your workspace to their favorites. Great for exclusive or reward-based sessions.

Private
Not visible to clients. Only appears in your admin view. Use for preparation or internal sessions.
To change a session's visibility, click on the session in your schedule and select the visibility option from the dropdown. You can also set visibility when creating a session.

Use Favorites Only sessions as a perk for loyal clients. Members who have favorited your workspace will see these exclusive sessions, encouraging more people to favorite your workspace.

Use Private sessions to prepare your schedule in advance. When you are ready, change visibility to Public and they will appear for clients to book.
