Free Sessions

Instructors can grant you free sessions as a welcome gift, promotion, or reward. These sessions let you book classes without using membership credits or paying.

How Free Sessions Work

Free sessions are granted by the workspace instructor or admin.

▮

Each grant has a total number of sessions and optionally an expiry date.

▮

They are used automatically when you book a class (consumed before membership credits).

▮

Multiple grants can exist simultaneously — the system uses the oldest grant first (FIFO order).

Cancellation Refund

If you cancel a booking that used a free session credit (within the cancellation policy window), the session is automatically restored to the original grant. However, if the grant has expired in the meantime, the session cannot be restored.

Free sessions with an expiry date will be lost if not used before the deadline. Check your free session balance regularly in the My Memberships section.

Viewing Your Free Sessions

Check your free session balance in the My Memberships section or on the Free Sessions page. Each grant shows the remaining sessions, total sessions, and expiry date (if set).
