Granting Free Sessions
You can grant free sessions to clients as welcome gifts, promotions, or for any other reason. Free sessions allow clients to book classes without using membership credits.

Find the member
Go to Members and find the client you want to grant sessions to.

Open their profile
Click on the member to open their detail page.

Grant sessions
Click Grant Free Sessions and enter the number of free sessions and optionally an expiry date.

Confirm
Click Grant to add the free sessions. The client will be notified by email.

Free sessions are great for attracting new clients. Consider granting 1-2 free sessions to new members so they can try your classes before purchasing a membership.
