Create and manage announcements for your workspace members
Admin Announcements
Announcements let platform administrators broadcast important messages to users. Announcements can appear as banners at the top of the app and/or in the notification feed.
Creating an Announcement
Open the Announcements page
Navigate to the Admin > Announcements page (available to super-admins only).
Click Create
Click the New Announcement button to open the creation form.
Fill in the details
Enter a title and body for the announcement. Choose a severity level (info, warning, or danger) to set the visual style.
Set the audience
Choose the target audience: all users, admins only, instructors only, or clients only.
Schedule (optional)
Set optional start and end dates to schedule when the announcement is visible. Leave empty for immediate, indefinite display.
Configure display
Toggle Show as Banner to display a prominent banner at the top of the app, and/or Show in Notifications to include it in the notification feed.

Managing Announcements
View all announcements with filter tabs: All, Active, and Inactive.
Click the edit button to modify an existing announcement.
Click the delete button to permanently remove an announcement.
Active announcements are shown based on their schedule and target audience.
