Notification Preferences

Control exactly which notifications you receive and how they are delivered. You can enable or disable each notification type independently.

Configuring Preferences

Open notification settings

Go to Settings > Notification Preferences.

Toggle notifications

Enable or disable each notification type. Toggle email and/or push notifications separately.

Save

Your preferences are saved automatically.

Mandatory Notifications (Cannot Be Disabled)

Some notifications are essential for the platform to function correctly and cannot be turned off:

Welcome email — Sent when you create your account.

▮

Password reset — Sent when you request a password change.

▮

Account deletion — Confirmation when you request account deletion.

▮

Session cancelled — When an instructor cancels a session you are booked into.

▮

Session rescheduled — When a session time or date is changed.

▮

Waitlist promotion — When you are promoted from the waitlist to a confirmed booking.

▮

Guest booking received — When a guest books through your public page (instructors).

▮

Booking pending — When a booking requires approval and is waiting for review.

Push notifications require the Booqd mobile app. If you only use the web version, email and in-app notifications are your primary channels.
