Customize which notifications you receive
Notification Preferences
Control exactly which notifications you receive and how they are delivered. You can enable or disable each notification type independently.
Configuring Preferences
Open notification settings
Go to Settings > Notification Preferences.
Toggle notifications
Enable or disable each notification type. Toggle email and/or push notifications separately.
Save
Your preferences are saved automatically.
Mandatory Notifications (Cannot Be Disabled)
Some notifications are essential for the platform to function correctly and cannot be turned off:
Welcome email â Sent when you create your account.
Password reset â Sent when you request a password change.
Account deletion â Confirmation when you request account deletion.
Session cancelled â When an instructor cancels a session you are booked into.
Session rescheduled â When a session time or date is changed.
Waitlist promotion â When you are promoted from the waitlist to a confirmed booking.
Guest booking received â When a guest books through your public page (instructors).
Booking pending â When a booking requires approval and is waiting for review.
Optional Notifications
These notifications can be toggled on or off independently for email and push:
