How the waitlist works, auto-promotion, and tips for getting a spot.

Waitlist

When a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist to be automatically promoted to a confirmed booking if a spot opens up. This ensures you don't miss out on popular classes.

How It Works

The class has reached its maximum capacity

Click "Join Waitlist" to add yourself to the queue

Someone Cancels
A booked participant cancels their reservation

The first person on the waitlist is automatically booked

Waitlist Position

The waitlist follows a first-come, first-served order. You can see your position in the waitlist from the booking details screen. If someone ahead of you declines or the auto-promote window expires, you'll move up.

Join the waitlist as early as possible to get a higher position. The earlier you join, the better your chances of being promoted.

Auto-Promotion Details

When a spot opens, the first person on the waitlist is automatically promoted.

You'll receive an email and push notification when you're promoted.

If you have a membership, a credit will be deducted at promotion time.

For drop-in bookings, you may need to confirm and pay when promoted.

The instructor can configure how close to the class start time auto-promotion stops.

Waitlist Timeout

When you are promoted from the waitlist, you have a limited time window to respond (typically 24 hours, configured by the instructor). If you do not confirm or the timeout expires, your promotion is cancelled and the spot is offered to the next person on the waitlist.

Keep notifications enabled so you don't miss a waitlist promotion. The timeout window is typically 24 hours — after that, you lose the spot automatically.

If auto-promotion happens and you can no longer attend, make sure to cancel promptly so the next person on the waitlist can get the spot.

Leaving the Waitlist

You can leave the waitlist at any time from the My Bookings page. Simply find the waitlisted session and click "Leave Waitlist." No credits are charged for being on the waitlist.

Go to My Bookings

Navigate to the My Bookings page from the main menu.

Find the waitlisted session

Look for sessions marked with a "Waitlisted" badge.

Click Leave Waitlist

Click the "Leave Waitlist" button to remove yourself from the queue.

When someone leaves the waitlist, all positions behind them are automatically updated. For example, if position #2 leaves, position #3 becomes #2, and so on.
