View session details, manage your reservations, and cancel bookings
Managing Your Bookings
Keep track of all your upcoming and past class reservations from the My Bookings page. Here you can view details, cancel, or manage your attendance.
Session Detail View
Click on any session from the schedule or your bookings to open the session detail view. Here you can see all the key information about the class:
Date and time â When the class takes place.
Location â Where the class is held (if specified).
Instructor â Who is teaching the class.
Service type â The category of the class.
Capacity â How many spots are filled versus available.
Other attendees â Initials of other clients who are booked (displayed as monograms).
From the session detail view you can also book, cancel, join the waitlist, or leave the waitlist â all from one place.
Viewing Your Bookings
Navigate to My Bookings from the main menu. You will see two tabs:
Upcoming â All your future confirmed and pending bookings.
Past â Your booking history with attendance status.
Booking Statuses
Each booking has a status that tells you where it stands:
Cancelling a Booking
Find your booking
Go to My Bookings and locate the session you want to cancel.
Click Cancel
Click the "Cancel Booking" button on the booking card, or open the session detail and tap "Cancel Booking" there.
Confirm cancellation
Review the cancellation policy and confirm. Your membership credit may be refunded depending on the policy.
Cancellation Policies
Each workspace sets its own cancellation policy. Common policies include:
Flexible â Cancel anytime before the class starts for a full refund.
Moderate â Cancel at least 12 hours before for a credit refund.
Strict â Cancel at least 24 hours before; late cancellations forfeit the credit.
