How to join an instructor's workspace via invitation link or search.
Joining a Workspace
A workspace is your instructor's dedicated space on Booqd where they manage classes, schedules, and memberships. You need to join a workspace before you can browse and book their classes.
Joining via Invitation Link
Receive the Link
Your instructor will share an invitation link via email, social media, or messaging.
Click the Link
Open the link in your browser. If you're not logged in, you'll be prompted to sign in or create an account.
Confirm Joining
Review the workspace details and click "Join Workspace" to confirm.
Start Browsing
You'll be redirected to the workspace schedule where you can start booking classes.
Joining via Public Page
Some instructors have a public page that you can access directly. From the public schedule page, you can view available classes and join the workspace when you're ready to book.
Visit the Public Page
Navigate to the instructor's public Booqd page (usually shared on their website or social media).
Browse the Schedule
View available classes without needing an account.
Sign Up to Book
When you find a class you want, click "Book" and you'll be prompted to create an account and join the workspace.
Joining via QR Code
Many instructors display a QR code at their studio, on flyers, or on social media. Scanning this code takes you directly to their workspace.
Scan the QR code
Use your phone camera or the Booqd mobile app to scan the code.
Preview the workspace
You will see the workspace details before joining.
Join
Tap "Join" to become a member. Some workspaces may require approval.
Joining by Workspace Code
On the mobile app, you can also join a workspace by entering its unique code (slug). Go to the Explore tab and use the "Join by Code" feature.
After Joining
Once you join a workspace, you'll have access to the full class schedule, available memberships, and can start making bookings right away.
