Tracking Attendance
Tracking attendance helps you understand client engagement and identify patterns. You can mark attendance during or after each class session â on both the web and the mobile app.
Who Can Mark Attendance?
Attendance can be managed by the following roles:
Instructor â Only for sessions they are assigned to.
Admin â For any session in the workspace.
Owner â For any session in the workspace.
How to Mark Attendance
Open the session detail
Click on any session from the schedule, dashboard, or session list. The session detail view opens, showing all session information.
View the Attendees tab
If you have permission, you will see an Attendees tab listing all booked clients with their name, email, and membership status.
Mark individual attendance
For each client with a Confirmed booking, use the â (present) or â (absent) buttons to record their attendance.
Or mark all present at once
Use the Mark All Present button at the top to quickly mark every confirmed client as present in one step.

Membership Status Indicators
When marking attendance, each client is color-coded based on their membership or pass status. This helps you quickly see who has valid access:
Waitlist Tab
The session detail view also includes a Waitlist tab, showing all clients who are waiting for a spot to open up. Each entry shows their queue position. If a booked client cancels, the next person on the waitlist is automatically offered the spot.
