Creating Membership Types
Design and configure membership plans for your clients
Creating Membership Types
Membership types define the plans available for your clients to purchase. You can create multiple types to offer different pricing tiers and access levels.
Constraint Types
When creating a membership type, you first choose the constraint type which determines how the membership limits access:
Navigate to Membership Types
Go to Membership Types in your workspace sidebar.
Click Create
Click the New Membership Type button.
Set basic info
Enter the name (e.g., "10-Class Pass"), description, and price.
Choose constraint type
Select Occasions (credit-based), Time (date-limited), or Combined (both).
Configure limits
For occasions: set the total number of sessions. For time: set the validity period in days. For combined: set both.
Restrict service types (optional)
Choose which service types this membership can be used for. Leave empty to allow all services. This is useful if you want different passes for different class categories.
Set price
Enter the price in your workspace currency. The system handles zero-decimal currencies (like HUF) automatically.
Service Type Restrictions
You can restrict a membership to specific service types using the Allowed Service Types field. When restricted, clients can only use this membership to book sessions of the selected types. This lets you create targeted passes like "Yoga Only" or "Group Classes".
