Read and manage messages from your workspaces
Workspace Messages
Workspace messages are direct communications from instructors to their members. Unlike general notifications (booking confirmations, reminders, etc.), messages contain important information that your instructor wants to share with you.
Viewing Messages
You can access your messages in two ways:

Messages page â Click Messages in the sidebar to see all workspace messages in a dedicated view with full message content.

Notification panel â Workspace messages also appear in your notification bell. Clicking on a message notification takes you to the Messages page.

Full content
Messages are displayed with their complete content â nothing is truncated.

Unread indicator
Unread messages are highlighted so you can spot new messages easily.

Unread badge
The sidebar shows a badge with the number of unread messages.

Manage messages
Mark messages as read, delete individual messages, or clear all at once.
Messages on Mobile
On the mobile app, tap the mail icon in the header to access your messages. The messages screen shows the same content as the web version.

Workspace messages are separate from system notifications. You will still receive booking confirmations, reminders, and other alerts in the regular notifications panel.
