Here are answers to the most common questions from clients.

Navigate to the workspace schedule, find a class with available spots, and click Book. You need an active membership with available credits to complete the booking.

Yes, go to My Bookings, find the booking, and click Cancel. Be aware of the cancellation policy — cancelling too late may forfeit your credit.

If the waitlist is enabled, you can join it. When a spot opens up, the first person on the waitlist is automatically promoted and notified.

Go to the workspace page, navigate to the Memberships tab, select a plan, and complete payment through Stripe.

Check that your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. Try a different payment method or contact your bank. If the issue persists, reach out to the workspace instructor.

Your credit balance is shown on your dashboard and in the My Memberships section.

You can purchase a new membership at any time. Your existing membership credits remain available until they expire.
