Having an issue? Check the common problems below for quick solutions.
Login Issues
Click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your email address and you will receive a password reset link.
Check your spam/junk folder. Make sure you are using the correct email address. If the issue persists, try using Google Sign-In instead.
Make sure pop-ups are not blocked in your browser. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
Booking Issues
Check that you have an active membership with available credits. Also verify the class has available spots and the booking window is still open.
The instructor may have cancelled the session. Check your email for a cancellation notification. Your credit should have been automatically refunded.
This can happen with payment processing delays. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If the booking still does not appear, contact the workspace instructor.
Payment Issues
Verify your card details are correct and you have sufficient funds. Try a different card or contact your bank. Some banks block online payments by default.
Check your transaction history in Settings > Payment History. If you see duplicate charges, contact the workspace instructor who can issue a refund through Stripe.
