Payment methods, billing profile, transaction history, and invoicing data
Payments
Booqd uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Your payment information is never stored on Booqd servers — it is handled entirely by Stripe.
Billing Profile Requirement
Before making any online payment (booking a class or purchasing a membership), you must fill out your billing profile. This includes your billing name, address, and optionally your tax ID. Without a billing profile, the system will not allow you to proceed to checkout.
Payment Methods
Credit / Debit Card — Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards are accepted.
Saved Cards — Your card details are securely saved by Stripe for future purchases.
Transaction History
View all your past transactions in Settings > Payment History. Each transaction shows the date, amount, membership purchased, and payment status.
Payment Details
Click on any payment in your transaction history to see a detailed view. The payment detail modal shows structured invoicing data including seller and buyer information, billing addresses, tax IDs, the service description, dates, and amount breakdown.
Receipts
An email receipt is automatically sent after each successful payment. You can also download receipts from your transaction history.
