Managing Payments
The Payments section gives you an overview of all transactions in your workspace, including membership purchases, drop-in payments, refunds, and payment statuses.
Transaction List
Navigate to Payments in your workspace to see all transactions. Each entry shows the client name, client email, description, amount, date, and status. Click on any row to view full payment details.
Payment Detail View
Clicking on a payment opens a detailed modal with all the information needed for invoicing. The detail view is structured into sections:
CSV Export
Export your payment data as a CSV file for accounting or record-keeping. Click the Export CSV button on the Payments page to download all transactions with full details including student billing data, amounts, and dates. The CSV file is UTF-8 encoded and compatible with Excel.
Payment Statuses
Issuing Refunds
To issue a refund, find the transaction and click Refund. The refund is processed through Stripe and typically appears on the client's statement within 5-10 business days.
