Apple Calendar Sync

Connect and sync your Booqd schedule with Apple (iCloud) Calendar

Apple Calendar Sync

You can connect your Apple (iCloud) Calendar to Booqd so your bookings automatically appear alongside your other events. This integration uses CalDAV, the same protocol that Apple devices use natively.

Before You Start

To connect your Apple Calendar, you need an app-specific password from Apple. This is a one-time setup that keeps your Apple ID password secure.

1

Go to Apple ID settings

Visit appleid.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

2

Generate app-specific password

Navigate to Sign-In and Security > App-Specific Passwords and click Generate. Give it a name like "Booqd" and copy the password.

âš ī¸
Two-factor authentication must be enabled on your Apple ID to generate app-specific passwords. Most Apple IDs have this enabled by default.

Connecting Apple Calendar

1

Go to Calendar Settings

Navigate to Settings > Calendar in your Booqd account (web or mobile).

2

Choose Apple Calendar

Click Connect Apple Calendar to start the setup.

3

Enter your credentials

Enter your Apple ID email and the app-specific password you generated.

4

Select a calendar

Choose which iCloud calendar to sync your Booqd events to. You can select any calendar from your iCloud account.
