Viewing and Managing Memberships on Mobile
Your memberships are the key to booking classes at your favorite workspaces. The Booqd app makes it easy to see your active plans, check remaining credits, and purchase new memberships whenever you need them.
Your Active Memberships
Navigate to a workspace and look for the membership section to see all your active plans. Each membership card shows the plan name, remaining credits, and expiry date at a glance.
Understanding Credit Balances
Credit-based memberships give you a set number of sessions to use within a time period. Each time you book a class, one or more credits are deducted. You can see your remaining balance on the membership card and on the booking confirmation screen.
Purchasing a New Membership
Go to the workspace
Open the workspace where you want to buy a membership.
Browse available plans
Look at the available membership types. Each shows the price, number of credits, validity period, and which class types it covers.
Select and purchase
Tap on the plan you want and follow the payment flow. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Note: you must have a billing profile set up before purchasing.
Start booking
Once purchased, the membership is immediately active and you can start booking sessions right away.
