Managing Your Bookings on Mobile

The Bookings tab gives you a clear overview of all your reservations. You can see what is coming up, review past sessions, and manage cancellations — all in one place.

Viewing Your Bookings

Your Bookings tab is divided into two sections: Upcoming and Past. Upcoming bookings show sessions you have reserved that have not yet happened, sorted by date. Past bookings provide a history of all sessions you have attended or missed.

When the session takes place, including day and time.

Location
The venue or online meeting link for the session.

Instructor
Who is leading the class or appointment.

Which membership or payment method was used.

Cancelling a Booking

Open the booking

Tap on the booking you want to cancel from the Upcoming list.

Tap Cancel

Look for the cancel button on the booking detail screen.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your cancellation. Depending on the workspace cancellation policy, your credits may be refunded. Late cancellations might forfeit credits.

Each workspace sets its own cancellation policy. Check the policy before cancelling — some require notice 12 or 24 hours before the session to get a refund.

Waitlist Status

If you joined a waitlist for a full class, your booking will show a "Waitlisted" status. When a spot opens up, you will be moved in automatically and receive a push notification. You can also leave the waitlist from the booking detail screen if you change your mind.
