Exploring and Discovering Workspaces
The Explore tab is your gateway to discovering workspaces on Booqd. Whether you are looking for a yoga studio, a personal trainer, or a music school, you can search, browse, and join workspaces all from the app.
Searching for Workspaces
Tap the search bar at the top of the Explore tab to type a workspace name, instructor name, or activity type. Results update as you type, making it quick to find exactly what you are looking for. You can also browse by category to discover new options.
Viewing Workspace Details
Tap on a workspace
From the search results or category listing, tap on any workspace to open its detail page.
Review the information
You will see the workspace description, location, available service types, class schedule, and instructor profiles.
Check available memberships
Scroll down to see what membership plans or pass options the workspace offers, including pricing and credit amounts.
Joining a Workspace
To book classes at a workspace, you first need to join it. Tap the "Join" button on the workspace detail page. Once you have joined, the workspace will appear in your Home tab and you can browse its schedule and book sessions.
QR Code Scanning
If your instructor has shared a QR code (on a poster, business card, or screen), you can scan it directly from the Explore tab. Tap the QR code icon next to the search bar, point your camera at the code, and you will be taken straight to that workspace to join.
Yes, you can join as many workspaces as you like. Each one will appear on your Home tab for easy access.
Go to the workspace detail page and look for the leave option in the menu. Leaving removes it from your Home tab but does not cancel active memberships.
