Booking Classes and Appointments on Mobile

Booking a class or appointment through the Booqd app takes just a few taps. You can browse available sessions, pick a time that works, and confirm your spot — all from your phone.

How to Book a Session

Navigate to the workspace

From your Home tab, tap on the workspace where you want to book. You will see the workspace schedule.

Browse available sessions

Scroll through the schedule to find available classes or appointments. Sessions show the time, instructor, location, and remaining spots.

Select a session

Tap on the session you want to book. The session detail screen shows full information including description, duration, and capacity.

Choose your payment method

Select which membership or pass to use for this booking. If you have available credits on a membership, they will be listed. You can also pay per session if the workspace allows it.

Confirm your booking

Tap "Book" to confirm. You will see a confirmation screen and receive a push notification confirming your booking.

If a class is full, you may be able to join the waitlist. You will be notified automatically if a spot opens up.

Booking Confirmation

After booking, you will receive a push notification and the session will appear in your Bookings tab under "Upcoming." You will also receive a reminder notification before the class starts, so you never miss a session.

Billing Profile Required

If you are making a payment (drop-in or single session), the app will check that you have a billing profile set up. If your billing profile is missing, you will see an alert asking you to fill in your billing details before proceeding.

You can set up your billing profile in Settings > Billing Information on the Profile tab. You only need to do this once.

If the instructor cancels a class, your credits or payment will be refunded automatically and you will receive a notification.

Currently, each session is booked individually. Check the schedule regularly or enable notifications to be alerted when new sessions are published.
